ou<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Solicitar via\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/prograd.ufms.br\/requerimento-academico\/\"><b><i>Requerimento Acad\u00eamico<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Prazos para a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o dos seguintes documentos:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Matr\u00edcula \u2013 2 dias \u00fateis;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hist\u00f3rico Escolar \u2013 2 dias \u00fateis;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Programa de Disciplinas Cursadas \u2013 3 dias \u00fateis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0O<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> requerente receber\u00e1 em seu email o documento solicitado.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para assuntos de\u00a0<\/span><b>Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, entre em contato com a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/agetic.ufms.br\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Agetic\/UFMS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/agetic.ufms.br\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">agetic.ufms.br<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0| suporte.agetic@ufms.br | 67 3345-7292<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Atividades<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I \u2013 coordenar, orientar, acompanhar e executar as atividades de controle escolar e os processos relacionados \u00e0 matr\u00edcula, desligamento, cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau, emiss\u00e3o e registro de diploma, e de forma espec\u00edfica, secretariar cerim\u00f4nias de cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau, no \u00e2mbito da Unidade de Apoio Acad\u00eamico INISA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">II -controlar e cumprir os prazos fixados no Calend\u00e1rio Acad\u00eamico;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">III \u2013 orientar, assessorar e acompanhar os discentes nos pedidos de transfer\u00eancias, trancamentos de matr\u00edculas, solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de aproveitamento de estudos e outros;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IV \u2013 gerenciar os requerimentos acad\u00eamicos quanto ao recebimento, tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e cumprimento de prazos fixados, bem como a emiss\u00e3o de documentos relacionados;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V \u2013 executar o lan\u00e7amento no hist\u00f3rico escolar da matr\u00edcula e das resolu\u00e7\u00f5es referentes \u00e0 dispensa de disciplinas, emitidas pelo Conselho competente;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">VI \u2013 executar os lan\u00e7amentos e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es dos hist\u00f3ricos escolares;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">VII \u2013 acompanhar a publica\u00e7\u00e3o dos Editais e not\u00edcias nos sites da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">VIII \u2013 coordenar, orientar, acompanhar e executar as atividades de controle escolar e os processos relacionados \u00e0 matr\u00edcula, desligamento, cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau, emiss\u00e3o e registro de diploma, e de forma espec\u00edfica, secretariar cerim\u00f4nias de cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau, no \u00e2mbito da Unidade de Apoio Acad\u00eamico INISA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IX \u2013 emitir declara\u00e7\u00f5es, certificados e hist\u00f3ricos solicitados por alunos e ex-alunos;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">X \u2013 orientar os estudantes da unidade quanto \u00e0s normas e procedimentos da institui\u00e7\u00e3o;
